This 8-week mindfulness course offers an opportunity to explore a different way of relating to these challenges. Starting on 24 September 2025, participants will meet weekly in a supportive group to practise slowing down, cultivating calm, and becoming more present in daily life. The course follows the original MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) format and is supported by scientific research showing benefits for burn-out, anxiety, recurrent depression, chronic pain, and insomnia.
