Cancellation policy
If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours (2 full business days) in advance, a flat fee will be charged.
Video consultations
These are possible. Depending on the health care provider, Whereby, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams are used. Please check with your health care provider about this before the consultation.

We only accept electronic payments: Bancontact, Payconiq, VISA, Maestro, bank transfers
