Contrary to popular belief, relaxation is not exclusively about peace of mind or well-being
Relaxation therapies are methods for the treatment and prevention of conditions related to chronic or traumatic stress. Based on contributions from neurocognitive sciences, they use the body as a mediator. In particular, they work on the impact and consequences of psycho-bodily memories on thoughts and behavior. It is a therapeutic process that reduces the effects of stress on both body and mind.
The effects are numerous and demonstrated: lowering of blood pressure, slowing of breathing, improving digestion, reducing the activity of stress hormones, increasing blood flow to key muscles, reducing muscle tension and chronic pain, improving concentration and mood, improving sleep quality, strengthening self-confidence.
Particularly intended for people who feel overwhelmed by stress, physical and/or psychological tension, relaxation therapies also treat psychosomatic disorders, mood disorders (excessive aggressiveness, anxiety, depressive states, etc.), problems related to hyperexcitability and hyperemotivity (anxiety and panic attacks). trauma, burnout, etc.), as well as obsessive and phobic disorders.
The relaxation techniques offered are as follows: Jacobson method, Shultz autogenic training, sophrology, hypnosis, Trager method, Body Stress Release. They are suggested, chosen and adapted based on patient demand.

70.00 EUR per consultation of 50-60 minutes, with possibly also the possibility of exercising VIPO rates or solidarity rates of 65.00 EUR per consultation. Depending on your mutual or private insurance, a portion of the amount will be reimbursed. Late cancellations (more than 2 full business days) will be charged the full price of the consultation.
Changes regarding appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours (2 full working days) in advance via secretarial office. If this deadline is not respected, which unfortunately can happen at times, we are forced to charge a flat fee of 60.00 EUR for a late cancelled or missed consultation.
The average cost for such a missed call for us is +/- 130 euros, since we usually cannot see anyone else at that time. By sending you a bill of 60 euros for the appointment that did not go through, we are charging you less than half of the call. We are thus simultaneously taking on the other half of the cost.
