I provide psychological support for a broad range of presentations. My particular interests lie in working with neurodivergent individuals, including autistic individuals and those with ADHD. I also specialize in supporting individuals who have or suspect they may have obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), as well as those experiencing anxiety and depression. Additionally, I work with individuals managing challenges related to acquired brain injuries, functional neurological disorders, and adjustment difficulties following diagnosis. Please note that I consult exclusively in English.
An initial appointment with me offers an opportunity to explore the difficulties you are experiencing and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we will create a tailored plan to address your concerns, ensuring that both of us feel confident about working together effectively.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, grounded in individualized formulations of each client’s difficulties. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) while integrating elements of third-wave approaches, such as compassion-focused therapy. This personalized and collaborative method helps ensure that therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Qualifications:
I hold a Clinical Psychology Doctorate from the University of Limerick, Ireland, and I have extensive experience working in the Irish Health Service across various clinical teams, including adult and child mental health, neuropsychology and disability services. Since 2024, I have been practicing privately in Belgium.

Changes regarding appointments must be made at least 48 hours (2 full working days) in advance, through Sophie or the secretary. This allows us to use the spot for other patients who may require urgent care. If this delay is not respected, the full cost of the consultation will be charged for the late cancellation or missed consultation.
