Most mutual insurance companies offer partial reimbursement for a limited number of sessions. Contact your mutual insurance company for more information.
Within the primary care psychological convention , our center has a limited number of consultation hours. These hours offer increased reimbursement for difficulties of “mild-moderate severity” and in situations of financial vulnerability.
The one-time filing fee covers the management of your electronic medical record and, if desired, electronic correspondence with your physician.

In our practice, we use the third-party payer system. This means that you do not have to submit a certificate to your health insurance company. You only pay the co-payment at the end of each consultation.
Do you have supplemental insurance? If so, ask for a certificate for assistance provided at the end of your appointment. This will allow you to file a reimbursement claim with your insurer afterwards.
Cancellation policy
If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours (2 full business days) in advance, a flat fee will be charged. This time frame allows us to use the vacated spot for other patients who may or may not require urgent care.

Accessibility of care
We understand that these rates can be a barrier for some and sometimes seem unexpectedly high. Unfortunately, current reimbursement rates are insufficient to ensure quality psychotherapeutic and psychiatric care in a restful environment and accessible locations.
In addition to the consultations, we also spend a lot of time on administrative tasks and consultations with other health care providers, which is an integral part of our care delivery.
If this compromises access to care for you, feel free to discuss this during the consultation. Together we can consider whether more affordable alternatives, such as self-help, primary care psychology, CGG, group therapy or a treatment plan in consultation with your primary care physician, may be helpful.
