Erkend Psycholoog
Klinisch psycholoog
My areas of focus include stress, anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship difficulties,
loss, and questions around identity and meaning.
I work with adults and young adults who are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties and are looking to better understand themselves and develop greater resilience.
I work from an integrative, evidence-informed perspective, drawing on approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and body-oriented interventions.
My approach is holistic, taking into account the interconnectedness of mind, body, emotions, and personal context. I combine psychological insight with attention to the body and the ways in which emotions and stress can be experienced and expressed
physically.
Depending on the individual’s needs, I integrate body-oriented approaches, mindfulness, breathwork, and embodied awareness into the therapeutic process.
I am a clinical psychologist with experience in both individual and group work across different mental health settings.
Since 2017, I have supported adults, adolescents and young adults with a wide range of psychological and wellbeing concerns.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, complemented by postgraduate training in experiential group development. My experience includes first- and second-line mental health care, private practice and psychological support within educational settings.
