Life naturally brings periods of change, uncertainty and emotional challenges. Sometimes, it is normal to feel overwhelmed, lost or to struggle with situations that may seem difficult to menage.
Reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness. On the contrary, it is an act of courage towards yourself and the first step towards gaining a better understanding of yourself, your emotions, your strengths and your personal challenges.
I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about whatever you may be experiencing. Together, we will explore your concerns at a pace that feels right for you, while respecting your personal history, your individual needs and goals.
People seek psychological support for many different reasons. These may include anxiety and stress, emotional difficulties, depressive symptoms or mood disorders, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, burnout or the need for support during times of crisis.
The aim of psychological support is to help you better understand what you are going through, strengthen your personal resources and gradually regain a greater sense of balance and well-being.
In addition, my personal journey, including several years of living in Brussels and different experiences of moving within Europe, has made me particularly aware of the challenges that can come with adapting to a new environment, building new routines and finding a sense of belonging during periods of transition.
My approach is centred on understanding each person as a unique individual, taking into account their personal history, life experiences, strengths and individual needs.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is built on trust, empathy, active listening and collaboration. Therapy is tailored to each individual and develops at a pace that respect each person’s needs, within a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.
My goal is to help people better understanding themselves, their emotions, and the challenges they are facing, while encouraging them to recognise and build on their own strengths. Therapy also aims to help each person develop practical tools and gradually become more confident and autonomous, enabling them to move forward with greater resilience.
With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), I gained clinical experience through internships in hospital settings, supporting people experiencing a wide range of psychological and psychiatric difficulties.
My first clinical internship took place in the Psychiatric Emergency Department at CHU Saint-Pierre, where I developed skills in crisis intervention, conducting psychiatric assessments, carrying out clinical interviews and evaluating individuals mental state in emergency situations.
I also completed a clinical internship at CHU Brugmann, within Unit 76, a specialised inpatient unit for mood disorders. This experience allowed me to provide psychological support through clinical interviews, participate in therapeutic follow-up and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to monitor each person’s clinical progress.
