Together, we can navigate whatever you wish to bring into the therapeutic space. This space is held safely for you, with an open and curious approach shaped by your experiences, cultural background, needs, and goals.
What we can explore together:
• Anxiety and stress
• Feelings of identity, belonging and identity questions
• Low mood and energy
• Depression
• Trauma
• Expat life
• Grief and loss
• Burnout
• ADHD assessment and therapeutic care
• Psychological assessment and therapeutic care
I see therapy as a collaborative process where the therapeutic relationship is a vital part of the therapeutic journey. Together, we explore what you’re experiencing, gain a deeper understanding of patterns that may be influencing your life, and discover new ways of moving forward that feel right for you.
My approach is based on my ongoing training in clinical integrative psychotherapy, grounded in person centred principles and informed by cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic perspectives.
I draw on these approaches depending on your needs, experiences, and goals. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs, and we shape the therapeutic process together.
Having lived in different countries myself, I understand that life abroad can bring its own challenges around identity, belonging, relationships, feelings of lonliness and change. I aim to offer a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and explore your experiences at your own pace. My work is trauma-informed and guided by empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story.
I offer sessions in English and Greek, both in person at Flagey, Brussels, and online from anywhere in the world.
My academic and professional journey has been shaped by training and clinical experience across different countries and psychological settings.
