As a clinical psychologist, I offer psychological support and therapeutic guidance through individual consultations for adults (18+) experiencing emotional distress, personal difficulties, or mental health concerns. My approach is tailored to each person’s unique situation, providing a space to better understand challenges, explore emotions, and work towards meaningful change.
I work with individuals facing:
Therapeutic conversations can bring clarity, relief, and new perspectives when navigating life’s challenges. I offer a professional and compassionate space where we can work together toward greater well-being. Consultations are available in French and English.
Trained at UCLouvain, my clinical psychology practice is based on an integrative approach that considers the psychological aspects of health, well-being, and illness. I place particular emphasis on prevention, stress management, and understanding the psychological factors related to physical disorders and mental health, especially in the context of chronic illnesses.
I combine cognitive and behavioral approaches, as well as systemic and psychosocial perspectives, to understand the interactions between mental health, health behaviors, and the patient’s social and environmental contexts. My goal is to intervene in ways that improve quality of life, drawing on a holistic view of the patient, where each individual is at the center of therapy with a comprehensive understanding of their situation.
I provide personalized and tailored interventions, taking into account the specific needs of each patient. My approach is based on active listening and constant benevolence, creating a trusting environment that fosters therapeutic work. I focus on improving quality of life and supporting emotional well-being, especially during difficult life circumstances and crises. My approach to adaptation takes into consideration the diversity of contexts (home care, hospital settings, nursing homes) as well as the unique needs of each patient.
