I am a mindfulness and resilience trainer and coach, with many years of experience helping people who are going through stress, burnout, anxiety, or difficult life transitions. Over the past decade, I have guided many people who were feeling overwhelmed, self-critical, or disconnected. Through gentle awareness, practical exercises, and a compassionate space to explore what is really going on, I support clients in regaining balance and cultivating inner resources they can rely on. My own path into this work began after a period of deep exhaustion and burnout. Mindfulness, self-compassion, and the science of positive neuroplasticity were life-changing for me. They gave me practical tools to calm my mind and body, and to rebuild my strength from the inside out. Since then, I have dedicated my career to making these tools accessible for others.
