✔️ Most “mutuelles” and some complementary insurances (e.g., JSIS and DKV) provide partial reimbursement for a limited number of sessions with the clinical psychologist. Contact these agencies for exact terms and conditions.

✔️ Our center has a very limited number of consultations within the ELP convention. These hours enable increased reimbursement for difficulties of mild to moderate severity or in case of financial vulnerability.

✔️ The one-time administrative fee covers the management of your electronic record and, if desired, electronic communication with your general practitioner.

✔️ Please consult the individual provider’s page for any additional fees, e.g. for couple or family therapy, or EMDR.

✔️ In our practice, we use the third-party payer system. This means that you do not have to submit a certificate to your health insurance company. You only pay the co-payment at the end of each consultation.

✔️ Do you have complementary insurance (e.g. JSIS, DKV)? If so, ask for a certificate at the end of your appointment. This will allow you to file a reimbursement claim with your insurer afterwards.

✔️ For patients with increased benefits where no supplements apply, you can find the lates rates on the NIHDI website .

✔️ A standard intake is always required for an initial psychotherapy prescription. For subsequent prescriptions, we ask that a minimum of a 15 min appointment be requested.

Cancellation policy


If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours (2 full business days) in advance,
a fee will be charged. This deadline allows us to use the vacated spot
for other patients who may or may not require urgent care.

☑️With ELP, this amount is set at €40.00.

☑️ 60.00 € is due.
☑️ Or co-pay for consultations of 15 minutes or less.
☑️ In accordance with Article 77 of the Code of Medical Ethics.

Accessibility

We understand that these rates may be a barrier for some or may seem unexpectedly high. Unfortunately, current reimbursement rates do not yet allow us to provide high-quality psychotherapeutic and psychiatric care in a pleasant setting and in easily accessible locations.
In addition to consultations, we invest a lot of unreimbursed time in administration, consultation with fellow caregivers and continuing education. Should cost be an obstacle, feel free to bring this up during the consultation. Together we can look for possible solutions.
