I work with adults, including fellow expats navigating life abroad, on challenges such as:
As an expat myself, I understand the pressures of building a life abroad, and I bring that understanding into culturally sensitive, personalized care.
I use an integrative, evidence-based approach, mainly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), combined with approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy (MBCT), and elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Schema therapy, tailored to what fits you best.
We work as a team: understanding what’s getting in the way, how it affects you, and building practical steps to help you move forward, in a space where you feel heard and supported.
