Meet Marina Bassas!

Registered Psychologist | Cognitive behavioral therapy | Neuropsychologist

Hello, I’m Marina, a clinical neuropsychologist and psychologist.

My work grew from a curiosity about the human mind and its many forms of expression and resilience, which led me to study psychology alongside different forms of art. This has shaped my interest in integrating evidence-based psychological approaches with body awareness and embodiment.

I offer one-to-one psychotherapy sessions as a space to slow down, notice what is moving within you, and develop a deeper understanding of your needs, boundaries and patterns. I aim to create a safe and peaceful environment where you can simply be, receive attentive listening and care, and discover different aspects of yourself.

I welcome anyone who would like to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their inner world.

I can support people experiencing:

  • Anxiety, stress and depressive symptoms
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Psychological and gender-based violence
  • Self-esteem and emotional regulation difficulties
  • Eating disorders and body image difficulties
  • ADHD and neurodevelopmental difficulties
  • Autism spectrum, with particular experience working with autistic women
  • Relational difficulties and recurring interpersonal patterns
  • Life transitions and periods of personal change
  • Difficulties with body awareness and the mind-body relationship
